    Step 1

    奶油乳酪需预先取出冰箱室温软化。Soften the cream cheese at the room temperature.

    Step 2

    奶油乳酪和细砂糖打均匀顺滑,加入蛋黄搅拌均匀。Beat the cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth. Add in egg yolk, mix well.

    Step 3

    再拌入柠檬酱一起搅拌均匀。Add in lemon curd, mix well.

    Step 4

    将塔皮送入预热烤箱170°C,烤约10分钟。Bake the tart pastry with preheated oven at 170°C, about 10 minutes.

    Step 5

    把柠檬乳酪糊倒入挤花袋里,然后将乳酪糊挤在塔皮中9分满。Fill in the lemon cheese filling to piping bag, pipe the filling into tart pastry 90% full.

    Step 6

    最后把柠檬塔送入预热烤箱160'C,烘烤大约10分钟左右或至面层關胀和芝司稳定无动授即可。Bake the lemon cheese tart with preheated oven at 160'C, about 10 minutes or the lemon cheese filling is set.

    Step 7

    取出烤箱,在室温待凉后,再放入冰箱冷藏后即可享用。Remove tarts from the oven, cool at the rack. Serve after chilling in the fridge.
